What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant is a self-employed worker who specializes in offering administrative services to clients from a remote location, usually a home office. The VA can perform a variety of tasks and help you focus on your business instead of administrative tasks.


Where are you located?

I am located just outside Moncton, N.B. However, I can work for any company in Canada.


What forms of payments do you accept?

I currently accept E-transfers and Credit Card payments


What turnaround should I expect?

That is discussed during our initial email or call. You can also place a deadline on any task; however, I need to have a reasonable time-frame to do the work since I have multiple clients.


Do you have an hourly rate?

Yes! I have various hourly rates depending on the type of work that needs to be done. I can also create a package deal for you!


How do you keep track of your hours?

I use both Click Up & QBO to track my time. When I invoice a client, the time & full description will be shown. You will know what I worked on, what day I worked and for how many hours. I can bill when you want; weekly, bi-weekly or monthly. This will be discussed before signing a contract.
